With hit singles "Good For You", "Same Old Love" and newly released "Hands to Myself", Selena Gomez has become Billboard's chart-topper of the year.
The 23-year-old singer's latest LP, Revival, is her most personal project yet, and Gomez enjoyed the fruits of her labour when Billboard named her Chart-Topper of the Year at it's Women in Music event.
"I want to thank everyone for supporting me for not just this record but for all the times that I wanted to create something special and stumbling along the way, figuring out what my sound was," she said of her musical comeback.

Gomez went on to thank her team and label Interscope Records, adding "they completely gave me the freedom to do what I love, and I didn't really know what that was at first and they stuck with me for a year figuring out what that was.
