After a feud with troubled star Charlie Sheen, producer Lionsgate Television confirmed that actress Selma Blair would not continue on 'Anger Management'.

"We are confirming that Selma Blair will not be returning to 'Anger Management' and we wish her the very best," Lionsgate Television said in a statement.

Blair, 40, meanwhile, responded to the news with a short note on her Twitter page thanking fans for their support, said the Hollywood Reporter.

The news comes just a day after it was reported that the actress had a falling out with Sheen and the actor allegedly threatening to depart the comedy if Blair returned to the set.

The clash between Blair and Sheen marks the latest public feud for the former 'Two and a Half Men' star. In April, Sheen had used harsh words for 'Anger Management' guest star Lindsay Lohan and said his former 'Scary Movie 5' co-star held the production 'hostage' and delivered 'half a show'.
