Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray said today that he would do everything to ensure his party's victory in the Dadar assembly constituency.
"I will move heaven and earth to ensure that Shiv Sena wins the Dadar assembly constituency," party president Uddhav Thackeray said.
"This is a promise I gave my father late Balasaheb Thackeray. Come what may, I will ensure that the Sena regains the Dadar constituency," Uddhav said at a public interaction in Dadar.

In a veiled reference to estranged cousin and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray's criticism of his clap remark, Uddhav said, "Now I am afraid to clap with anyone."
To a query on whether the warring cousins could come together, Uddhav had said, "one cannot clap with a single hand.
