An elderly man was killed and 15 others injured when a private bus in which they were travelling overturned in the district here today.
The incident occurred in Pragpura police station area when the bus en route to Pawta from Virat Nagar overturned, killing a 78-year-old man on the spot, police said.
"The injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital, where their condition is stated to be stable," they added.
