Sesame oil prices firmed up by Rs 100 per quintal in an otherwise steady wholesale oils and
Oilseeds market today following selective buying by retailers.
Linseed oil in the non-edible oil section, also moved up on fresh enquiries from paints industries.

In the national capital, sesame mill delivery oil rose by Rs 100 to Rs 8,000 per quintal.
Among non-edible, linseed oil hardened by Rs 50 to Rs 8,300 per quintal.

Oilseeds: Mustardseed Rs 2,950-3,050 and Groundnutseed Rs 2,150-2,900. Vanaspati Ghee (15-litre tin) Rs 930-1,070.
Edible oils: Groundnut Mill Delivery (Gujarat) Rs 8,700, Groundnut Solvent Refined (per tin) Rs 1,625-1,675, Mustard expeller (Dadri) Rs 7,150, Mustard Pakki Ghani (per tin) Rs 1,220-1,270, Mustard Kachi Ghani (per tin) Rs 1,270-1,370, sesame mill delivery Rs 8,000, Soyabean Refined Mill Delivery (Indore) Rs 6,650, Soyabean Degum (Kandla) Rs 6,350, Crude Palm Oil (Ex-Kandla) Rs 4,300, Cottonseed Mill Delivery (Haryana) Rs 5,600, Palmolein (RBD) Rs 5,650, Palmolein (Kandla) Rs 5,550 and Coconut (per tin) Rs 2,375-2,425.
