Seshasayeee Paper reports 'zero stock' in TN units

Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd, engaged in manufacturing printing and writing papers, has reported zero stock at its two manufacturing facilities in Tamil Nadu.

"...We wish to inform you that the company sold the entire quantity of paper produced and achieved zero stock, at both units Erode and Tirunelveli as on March 31, 2017", the company said in a BSE notification.

In another notification the company said the Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 25, appointed Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Ltd, Chennai, Chairman, Satyabrata Sahoo as the Nominee Director.

The Principal Secretary of Tamil Nadu Environment and Forests Department, Md Nasimuddin was appointed as Director of the company, liable to retire by rotation replacing Atulya Misra, the notification added.
 

Shares of the company were trading at Rs 792.45 apiece upby 1.23 per cent over previous close in BSE.
