Pakistan has become a den of terrorism and it should be declared a terrorist state, All India Anti-Terrorist Front (AIATF) Chairman M S Bitta today said even as he demanded setting up of a commission to dispose of terror-related cases within six months.
"Pakistan has become a den of terrorism. The United Nations must declare it as a terrorist state," he told reporters on the sidelines of an "anti-terror" marathon race at Baraipar town in Machlishahr tehsil.
He said all countries should exert pressure for declaring Pakistan a terrorist state, adding even US President Barack Obama has termed that country a haven for terrorists.

He said the Pathankot incident was an act of treason against India as "Pakistan had back-stabbed us".
The AIATF chairman said all political parties in the country should also frame a joint policy against terrorism.
"An anti-terror commission should be set up so that trial in all such cases is concluded within six months and the culprits are brought to book as soon as possible," he said.
Emphasising on framing a new anti-terror law, he said cases related to terrorists should be disposed of within six months.
He also praised the security personnel who sacrificed their lives during 26/11 strikes in Mumbai and the Parliament attack.
Replying to queries, he said Pakistan has been given several opportunities to take corrective action on its policy towards terrorism but it has not changed.
Pakistan has been given evidence of Mumbai and Parliament attacks and has even faced criticism from Obama on the issue, he said.
Voicing concern over ISIS spreading its tentacles, he said it was misleading youths of the country through social media.
Bitta said clerics and imams should also raise their voice against terror otherwise the country might have to suffer.
"Our jawans are fighting bravely on the borders and befitting reply is being given to terrorists. Our active army and alert government were showing positive attitude towards the security of the country," he said.
He demanded action against All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen President Asaduddin Owaisi for his "disruptive anti-national" statements. His ideology was "anti-India" and "this should be opposed by all organisations," he said.
Owaisi "should imbibe the character of Akbar", Bitta said.
Bitta felicitated five winners of the marathon.
