In a minor reshuffle, Bihar government today transferred seven IPS officials, including Saran range DIG Sudhanshu Kumar who has been transferred thrice in a week and made Munger range DIG.
Kumar, a 1995 batch IPS officer, was transferred on March 25 to Saran range as DIG but was removed the next day and directed to report to the police headquarters, where he was put on waiting list for posting, before being made Munger range DIG in place of Anil Kishore Yadav in the latest reshuffle.
Yadav, a 1996 batch IPS officer, has been sent on deputation to the Union health and family welfare ministry, a notification issued by the Home Department said here.

Woman IPS officer Anasuia Ransingh Sahu, who was suspended last year on corruption charges during her earlier posting as Sheikhpura SP but was later absolved of all charges and reinstated last month, has been made Commandant-cum- Principal of Bihar Military Police Training Centre at Dumraon.
Another controversial IPS officer Babu Ram, who was booked with other policemen for meting out inhuman treatment to a liquor salesman in Sheikhpura district, has been made BMP-16 Commandant.
