On revenue collection, Brahma said the government has received Rs 672.11 crore between 2002 and December 2013.
He further said the annual revenue collection has been constantly rising from Rs 45.02 crore in 2008-2009 to Rs 102.08 crore in last financial year.
In the first nine months of the current fiscal, Rs 78.07 crore of revenue have been collected, Brahma said.
The Minister, however, accepted that there is not adequate parking space in the city, creating traffic jams on roads.
"Only one multi-level parking facility is available in Guwahati, accommodating 200 cars. Availability of land for developing parking space is an issue," Brahma said.
The Transport Department is at present involved in preparing a master plan for Guwahati along with GMC, GMDA and GDD, he added.
