Seven UPA ministers trailing in UP

Putting up a dismal show, all the seven central ministers contesting in Uttar Pradesh were trailing in their respective seats.

External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid appeared to be performing exceptionally badly at fifth position in Farrukhabad seat. Minister of state for home R P N Singh from Kushinagar seat and coal minister Sriprakash Jaiswal in Kanpur are in the second spot.

Steel Minister Beni Prasad Verma is on the third spot after BJP and Samajwadi Party candidates in Gonda and Civil Aviation Minister Ajit Singh is trailing on the third place in Baghpat as coounting was on

Minister of state for human resources development Jitin Prasad is on the fourth place in Dhauraha. Minister of state for rural development Pradip Jain Aditya is in a similar sitation in Jhansi.
 

Besides, Chairman of SC commission PL Punia, who also enjoys the status of cabinet minister, is also trailing in Barabanki taking the second spot.
