Family members of the 7-year-old victim alleged that the girl was lured by the boy, who took her to his house on Saturday and sexually assaulted her, they said.
Girl's mother had informed them about the matter after she found her daughter in blood-stained clothes when she returned from work.
A case of rape was registered against the accused and an inquiry initiated after the medical report confirmed rape, they said.
