Actress Sarah Jessica Parker says there is no immediate plan to develop the third instalment of popular film franchise "Sex and the Ciy".
Parker, 50, said though the writer-filmmaker Michael Patrick King has a story in mind for the third part, no discussion on it has happened yet, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
"There is no decision (on the third part). It is a not-often-had conversation. I know well and Michael Patrick knows well the story we might tell if we ever tell it, but the real truth, and I'm not being cagey, is we've not discussed a when," the actress said.

"It's such a hard question to answer because everybody reads and projects so much into what I say. There is a story. When and if we tell it remains unknown," she said.
The first film released in 2008.
It was an adaptation of the 1998 HBO comedy series of the same name about four female friends-- Carrie Bradshaw (Parker), Samantha Jones (Kim Cattrall), Charlotte York Goldenblatt (Kristin Davis), and Miranda Hobbes (Cynthia Nixon), dealing with their lives as single women in New York City.
The second instalment released in 2010.
