Shah Rukh Khan new brand ambassador of hindware

Bathroom solutions company HSIL today said it appointed actor Shah Rukh Khan as brand ambassador for its flagship 'hindware' brand.

"Shah Rukh Khan exudes sophistication and flair. He embodies the spirit of a hard-working individual who rose to prominence by his consistent performances innovating himself along the way, a trait which resonates well with brand hindware," HSIL Joint Managing Director Sandip Somany said.

HSIL will roll out an advertising campaign featuring Khan.

"Bollywood heartthrob SRK will feature in 'hindware's' new 360-degree integrated campaign, rolling out shortly across all media channels," the company said.

Paradice hikes stake in Speciality Restaurants to 7.66% * Speciality Restaurants, that runs eatery brands under name Mainland China and Oh! Calcutta, today said Paradice Investment Management has hiked it stake in the company by 2.02 per cent, by buying shares in the open market.
 

Paradice Investment, which held 5.64 per cent stake earlier, increased its shareholding in the company to 7.66 per cent by buying 9.49 lakh shares on April 9, 2015, Speciality Restaurants said in a filing to the BSE.

Based on the closing price of the stock on April 9, value of the transaction is estimated at about Rs 17.75 crore.

Speciality Restaurants runs over 10 eatery brands -- including Mainland China, Oh! Calcutta and Sigree-Global Grill -- across the country.
