BJP President Amit Shah will kick off the 'Parivartan Yatra' (march for change) from Sonbhadra on November 8 ahead of the 2017 Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls as the party attempts to regain power in the politically- crucial state after one-and-a-half decades.
BJP leader Ratnakar today held a meeting with party workers from Kashi region to review preparations for the yatra.
According to Ratnakar, Shah will kick off the yatra from Robertsganj in Sonbhadra district of eastern Uttar Pradesh.
More than one lakh people are expected to participate in the march, he said.
