Pop star Shakira is selling her Miami Beach mansion for USD 14.95 million.
The 36-year-old singer, who has six-month-old son Milan with her Barcelona soccer player boyfriend Gerard Pique, purchased the house in 2001 for USD 3.38 million, reported the Huffington Post.
The home also boasts guest quarters and a state-of-the art gym as well as a pool with a hardwood deck and has access to the bay and dock. She has added three bedrooms, three bathrooms and almost 2,000 square feet to the property.
The street is a hotspot for celebrity homes and currently includes Matt Damon's mansion, while Jennifer Lopez used to own a property there.
