Shallow fog covered parts of Delhi in the morning as the minimum temperature settled at 16 degrees Celsius, a notch above the normal.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius, also a notch above the normal, a MeT department official said.
Humidity levels oscillated between 96 and 43 per cent and no rainfall was recorded since yesterday.

The weatherman has forecast clear skies for tomorrow along with mist and shallow fog in the morning.
"Maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to hover around 31 and 16 degrees Celsius respectively," the MeT official said.
Yesterday, the maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 30.3 degrees Celsius and 16.7 degrees Celsius respectively.
