The Shamli district authorities have appealed to 101 persons displaced in the last year's riots to return to their village in Hasanpur and have promised them security.
District Magistrate N P Singh and SP Pawan Kumar visited Lolli Village and met the victims living in camps.
The state government has also decided to make relief available to the 101 victims who were displaced from Hasanpur and are living in Jolla village following the September riots last year.
