Sharon Osbourne is taking a one-month break from "The Talk" to recover from exhaustion.
The co-host's representative said that she collapsed upon returning home last Friday after a trip to New York and Toronto, reported People magazine.
The 62-year-old "collapsed from mental and physical fatigue," her rep said.

Osbourne, who is married to rocker Ozzy Osbourne, has battled colorectal cancer and had a double preventive mastectomy three years ago.
