The 26-year-old actor, who once credited Pho with helping him grow up, apparently broke up with his stylist girlfriend "a while ago."
LaBeouf was spotted cozying up to a mystery blonde at LA's Magic Castle on Saturday night, the Us magazine reported.
The actor first met Pho in early 2011 during a trip to a karaoke club.
LaBeouf also dated Carey Mulligan for about a year. Mulligan has since moved on and married rocker Marcus Mumford.
