Some workers of the Shiv Sena got injured following a clash between them and Bahujan Vikas Aghadi (BVA) in Valiv of Vasai assembly constituency here tonight, police said today.
After an election rally of the Shiv Sena candidate Vivek Pandit, members of the Sena and BVA clashed, in which some Sena men got injured, they said.
Vasai is the only constituency in the state where the BJP has supported the Shiv Sena even as in all the other constituencies both the parties are fighting the polls independently.
BVA is also in the fray from the constituency.
