Fuelling speculations that Congress may not be keen for a tie up with JD(U) in Bihar before the general elections, JD(U) general secretary Shivanand Tiwari today said there must be love for each other to take any relationship forward.
"There has to be love from both sides to take any relationship forward," he told reporters in reply to a question about possibility of an electoral tie up between Congress and JD(U) in Bihar for the next general elections.
Asked as to how keen JD(U) was to work out a pre-poll tie up with Congress in Bihar ahead of the next general elections, Tiwari said he was not the right person to offer any comment on the issue.
