The forthcoming remake of 'Evil Dead' is the "horror film of all horror films", says actress Jany Levy.

Levy, 23, takes the lead role in director Fede Alvarez's remake of the classic horror movie and revealed that she was left distressed while filming because of all of the horrible things that happen to her character, reported Contactmusic.

"I wouldn't call it a good thing but sometimes I don't really have to act. I'm so tired that I'm crying, I'm so cold I want to go home - really, just like my character. It makes my job easier sometimes, a bit more real.

"I could name 10 of the most horrible things that could ever happen to you in your whole life and all of those 10 things happen to this character. It's like the horror film of all horror films," she said.

The actress admits making the movie was a gruelling process and explained that the physicality involved in her role was particularly tough.

"The hardest part was actually the dramatic stuff, which was emotional. Then physically, I'm having blood dripped all over my head, I'm wearing my underwear in the freezing rain and barfing on people.
