Shops in Gr Noida burgled, goods worth Rs 13 lakh robbed

Two garment shops here were allegedly robbed off goods worth a combined Rs 13 lakh by unidentified persons, police said today.

According to police, goods worth Rs seven lakh were stolen from a readymade garments' shop at Jarcha road in Dadri area here last night.

The owner, Usman, had locked his shop last night and found it broken this morning when he came to open it. He has claimed that goods worth Rs seven lakh were stolen from the shop, they said.

Meanwhile, in the second incident, another readymade garment shop near Gaur Dharamshala was burgled yesterday and goods worth Rs six lakh were stolen, they said.
 

Wasim found the shutter lock broken when he went to open his shop this morning, police said.

A case has been registered in both the cases and probe was on, police added.
