Shriram Transport Finance raises Rs 475 cr from bonds

Shriram Transport Finance Company today said it has raised Rs 475 crore from bonds to fund business expansion.

The company has issued the Senior Secured Notes due 2020 payable in US Dollars with coupon of 8.25 per cent amounting to Rs 475 crore, Shriram Transport Finance Company said in a filing on the stock exchanges.

This 'Rupee Denominated Bonds' has been issued to Credit Suisse AG, Singapore Branch.
