SHRM India to organise HR focused national PSU conference

Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) will be organising the first ever National PSU Conference to bridge the gap between business and HR here from November 30 to December 1 this year.

The conference will highlight the difference in priorities of these organisations from building and sustaining a world class PSU to attracting millennials, performance management, technology, innovation and sustainability to employer branding and succession planning, the company release said.

Some of the eminent speakers participating in the conference include Vineet Nayar, Founder Chairman, Sampark Foundation; Ravi Singh, Director (Personnel) - Power Grid Corporation of India; D D Misra, Director (HR) ONGC; Mohammed Asif Iqbal, Manager, HR consulting PricewaterhouseCoopers; Mohinish Sinha, Consulting partner, Deloitte; Saptarishi Roy, Director HR (NTPC).

Mobile first lending platform Shubh Loans has partnered with India-focused financial services platform DMI Finance to strengthen the credit lending reach to the underserved population of India.

Through this tie-up, Shubh Loans and DMI Finance are expanding their reach and diversifying their portfolio to meet the personal loan needs of grey and blue collar workers.

Shubh Loans, the mobile application developed by Datasigns Technologies, is India's leading vernacular language app which builds a proprietary credit score and report for loan applicants, a company release said.
