Private-sector lender Federal Bank today said Shubhalakshmi Panse has joined its board as an independent director, according to a release.
Panse, former chairman and managing director of Allahabad Bank, has wide experience in banking, particularly in corporate credit, NPA management, planning, project appraisal, economic analysis, finance and IT.
Currently, she is the chairman of the Quality Review Board of Indian Institute of Actuaries.
