Shubhankar Sharma, who turns 17 next month, continued his fine work on the Asian Development Tour, as he made the midway cut at the PGM Vascory Templer Park Championship here today.
Shubhankar, who has already finished tied sixth in two of four previous starts, shot even par 72 in the first round and followed that up with three-under 69 in the second. He is lying tied 14th.
Shubhankar, the youngest player to win on his domestic Tour in India, finished tied sixth at the PGM Northport Glenmarie Championship in Malaysia and the ICTSI Riviera Classic in the Philippines.

Malaysia's top amateur Gavin Kyle Green made a big impression in his first attempt on the ADT when he posted an eight-under-par 64 to take the halfway lead. Green, 20, mixed his card with two eagles, six birdies and one double-bogey for a two-day total of 13-under-par 131 to lead by two shots over countryman Shaaban Hussin in the RM250,000 (approximately USD 80,000) event.
Shaaban returned with the day's lowest score of 63 for second while Khor Kheng Hwai, also of Malaysia, settled for third on 135 total at the Templer Park Country Club.
This season, the ADT with at least 20 events on the schedule, will earn the top five players on the final Order of Merit with playing rights for the 2015 Asian Tour season.
