A sub-inspector and two constables, posted in Mahoba, were suspended after a woman alleged that her husband was inhumanly treated by them.
"SI-Devendra Singh and constables Deepak and Gajendra were suspended after a woman alleged that they meted inhuman treatment to her husband on Jan 22 in Mahoba", IG, Law and Order, A Satish Ganesh told reporters here.
The victim Deependra alias Vicky was meted out "inhman treatment" by the policemen and two others against whom FIR under Section 323 (Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) of the IPC has also been lodged.
