Mamata had yesterday said the final decision on her party's stand on Presidential election would be taken three days before the polling date on July 19.
Sibal visit to the city would come just days ahead of UPA presidential nominee Pranab Mukherjee's visit to West Bengal on July nine to canvas support for his election.
