Four persons have been booked under the stringent National Security Act for allegedly killing a youth at Sikri village in the district, police said today.
Two former Gram Pradhans, Jamshed and his brother Gulsanwer, along with Nadeem and Munewer were booked under the NSA Act yesterday, said SHO P P Singh.
The four had been arrested for allegedly killing the youth over Panchayat election enmity on October 16, 2015.
