Media mogul Simon Cowell's pregnant girlfriend Lauren Silverman has settled her divorce with ex-husband Andrew.
Silverman, 36, who is set to give birth to her first child with the 53-year-old 'X Factor' boss in February, came to an agreement with her ex-husband in New York, reported the New York Daily News.
The former couple, who were married for 10 years, have agreed to share joint custody of their seven-year-old son Adam.
The brunette socialite, who intends to stay in the city to be close to her son, walked away from her marriage with around USD 776000.
It is not yet known whether Cowell, who is currently holiday with friends in St Tropez in France, plans to relocate to New York to make the situation easier for Lauren.
Cowell, who has reportedly been dating her from last four years, has been staying away from Lauren to give her time to reach an agreement with Andrew.
