Canada's Simon Fraser University (SFU) today said it has signed an agreement with Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) for hydrogen and fuel cell technology research that will focus on clean energy technology and advanced materials.
"SFU is internationally recognised for its expertise in hydrogen and other clean energy technologies, and we are excited about the collaborative initiatives we are developing with Indian Oil," SFU president Andrew Petter said in a release issued here.
This partnership will facilitate exchanges that allow SFU faculty and students to conduct research in IOC's Research and Development (R&D) facilities, while providing IOC researchers opportunities to work at SFU, he added.
