Singapore's first prime minister Lee Kuan Yew, hospitalised since last month, is still on life support in an intensive care unit at a hospital here and is being monitored closely.
"Mr Lee Kuan Yew's condition remains largely unchanged since the last update on February 28, 2015. The doctors continue to monitor his condition," said a statement in an update on the former premier's health.
On February 28, the Prime Minister's Office had said in a statement that Lee remained sedated and was on mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit at Singapore General Hospital.
He was also continuing with his antibiotics, the statement had said.
Lee, 91, was hospitalised with severe pneumonia on February 5.
