Fresh from her latest song "murabba" in just released film "Bombay Talkies," singer Kavita Seth says she plans to establish an auditorium to commemorate the memory of her late husband.

"It is a dream to establish an auditorium in the name of my late husband in the near future and also to establish a school of healing music in the auditorium where spiritual, meditative and healing music will be taught to everyone who is interested in learning," says Kavita.

The sufi artist who has carved a name for herself as a playback singer in Hindi cinema was recently in the capital to perform at "Legends of India", a musical concert.

On December 15, 2011 Kavita's husband K K Seth, who worked at the Airport Authority of India, came home at lunch complaining of a stomach ache. After that he was taken to a nearby hospital, detected with pancreatitis and his treatment began accordingly. But no medicine worked and he passed away in just three days. He was 48. A heartbroken Kavita was left to look after their two sons and juggle her singing career.

"My husband's taste of music ranged between anything sung from the soul. He played a very important role in my career and growth as a singer. As a husband, father and a mentor he was everything and beyond a woman would ask for in a life partner," says Kavita.

The singer gave a musical performance to mark the first death anniversary of her husband K K Seth.

The 'Nirvana' tribute concert was not a star studded affair and was attended only by friends and dear ones.
