"This is for the first time I got to share so many details of my singing life....Some of the incidents I myself had forgotten earlier but gradually came to my mind as I talked for over 45 minutes," Somlata, whose rendition in national award winner Ranjana Ami Aar Asbona won plaudits, told media here tonight.

"I had even recalled my experience in Ranjana and how director Anjan Dutt called me up when I was in US and we sat for days after return. He is very musically instinctive and he knows what he wants and it was an absolute delight to work with him," Somlata, whose 'Tumi Asbe Bole Tai' earned praises, said.

Explaining how he felt like the show never came to an end, Fossils-lead singer and popular rockstar Rupam Islam said "there were certain facts, you might term as classified or hidden till now, which came to the fore as we went on discussing our musical joirney, the initial days, the hardships and then the success, the adulation and recognition, my baptism to music and similar things in the unplugged format."

"And I must say had never attended such a show on live fm or any channel talk show on such a scale," he recalled. more
