Single superphosphate plant to come up in Chittorgarh: Centre

Union Minister for Chemical and Fertilizers Ananth Kumar today announced to set up a plant of single superphosphate in Chittorgarh district.

He said that the Centre is ready to allocate a forensic centre to the state to provide chemicals to factories timely.

The minister while addressing a public meeting in Jhalawar also asked the state government to prepare a blueprint to upgrade Jhalawar medical college and assured that there will be no dearth of budget for this work from the Centre.

Kumar said the central government would soon sign an MoU with the state government to enable people to have better access to generic medicines which will be made available in Annapurna bhandars.
 

Hailing Rajasthan for carrying out developmental works, the Union Ministersaid that if a "Narendra Modi cup" is given for development and good governance in the country, the Rajasthan chief minister will be the most rightful for the cup, according to a release.

Appreciating Rajshree Yojna initiated by the state government for helping the girl students, the minister said that he will publicise the scheme in other states like its ambassador.

Chief Minister Raje said the government has started schemes and programmes for the people of all age groups.

Kumar and Raje laid foundation stones and inaugurated developmental works worth Rs 1,126 crore in Jhalawar.
