Sisodia holds review meeting on development projects in Delhi

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia today held a review meeting with officers of Revenue Department on development projects being carried out through MLA-LAD funds across the national capital.

The meeting comes a few days after some AAP MLAs raised delay in executing civic works in their respective constituencies during the one-day Special Session of Delhi Assembly held on September 9.

"In the meeting, the Deputy Chief Minister reviewed the status of development projects and asked the officers concerned that there should not be delay in carrying out various works," said a senior governmnet official.

Sisodia also looks after chief ministerial duties in absence of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal who is seheduled to leave for Bengaluru tomorrow to undergo throat surgery and will take a rest for 10 days there.
