Sisodia terminates services of govt school vice-principal

The action has been taken by Deputy CM on charges of indiscipline

The Delhi government on Wednesday terminated the services of a government school vice-principal on charges of indiscipline.

The action against the Vice-Principal of Mandawali Govt School was taken following a surprise visit by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia.

Sisodia said that he found three teachers, despite being absent at 8.15 am, were marked present in the register. The principal of the school has also been given a show cause notice.



"Hav ordered termination of vice-principal of Mandawali Govt School against indisciplinary action.

"In a surprise visit I found 3 teachrs were absent but were shown present in data base at 8.15 AM. Have given show cause notice to Principal (sic)," Sisodia said in a series of tweets.
