Six persons were arrested today for their alleged involvement in the killing of a tea-stall owner by hurling crude bombs and using swords which also left two others injured at Bada Bazar area here.
Three motorbikes, five blood-stained swords, ten crude bombs and some explosive materials were seized from the accused, said Berhampur additional superintendent of police Trinath Patel.
The accused, aged between 19 and 25 years and hailing from Berhampur town, were arrested following an exchange of fire with police, he said.
While tea-stall owner was killed last night, police said.
