Six injured in clash between police and BJYM activists

After staging a dharna against the government over inflation and petrol price hike, the activists tried to enter the Collector's office.

When police tried to stop them, the activists pelted stones, forcing the personnel to resort to lathicharge, leading to a clash.

Six persons, including two policemen, received minor injuries in the incident, officials said, adding, the situation has been brought under control.
