Six pilgrims were injured when a van in which they were travelling overturned at Bondapally mandal curve here in the wee hours today.
The mishap occurred when ten pilgrims were proceeding to Bheemunipatnam to participate in a holy bath on eve of Mahodayam from Saluru, according to Bondappaly Sub-Inspector J Tarakeswara Rao.
All the injured pilgrims were shifted to government hospital in Vizianagaram, the SI added.
