Six persons were killed and 10 others seriously injured when the mini-truck in which they were travelling overturned in Odisha's Sundargarh district today, police said.
The incident occurred near Lahunipara when the driver of the mini-truck, which was reportedly overloaded, lost control and fell off a bridge after overturning, it said.
Local people and police personnel carried out rescue operation and pulled out the injured persons from the vehicle, the police said, adding, the injured were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
