The incident occurred last week when a section of mountain, near Longdeyang village in Daqiao township, collapsed killing six construction workers, Xinhua reported today.
Rescue workers have retrieved five bodies and claimed there was no chance of survival of the missing.
Investigations have blamed illegal rare-earth mining, recent rains and landslide-prone geological conditions for the disaster.
