Six Lankan fishermen held for fishing in Indian waters

Six Sri Lankan fishermen were today arrested for allegedly fishing in Indian waters.

The Indian Coast Guard arrested them when they were fishing in the exclusive Indian sea zone, about 100 nautical miles from here, fisheries department officials here said.

The coast guard also seized their boat.
