Six-member Indian rowing team for Asian Olympic qualifiers

A six-member Indian rowing team comprising of four participants and two coaches will be travelling to Chungju in South Korea to take part in the 2016 FISA Asian and Oceania Olympic Qualification Regatta from April 22-25.

India will participate in two events with Dattu Bhokanal vying for a berth in Men's Single Sculls while Vikram Singh and Roopendra Singh will compete in Light Weight Men's Double Sculls. Bhagwan Singh is the reserve while the squad will have Ismail Baig as the chief national coach and Roshanlal as an assistant coach.
