Bearings maker SKF India today said it has appointed Manish Bhatnagar as managing director of the company for a period of five years with effect from August 16, 2018.
The company's board, which met today, also accepted the resignation of Carl Orstadius as managing director and director of the company effective from August 16.
"His (Bhatnagar) rich experience with companies like Danaher Corporation, Underwriters Laboratories Inc and General Electric will be an asset for SKF," chairman of the Board of the company, Rakesh Makhija said in a statement.
