Skill Connect 2015' to reward engineering students

: Networkz Systems, a pioneer in the field of IT training, today announced a competition for engineering students to find skilled Information Technology students and reward them.

Titled 'Skill Connect 2015', the competition has been positioned as a turning point for upcoming engineers in the field of Information Technology, a company release said here.

Students of Computer Science, IT, Electronics and related streams from secon year to final year will be eligible to take part in the competition, to be held here shortly.

The first two rounds would be conducted in colleges in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, of which Round 1 would be online at the campuses of participating colleges, it said.
 

The top three students from each college will be selected for Round 2, which will also be held nline with camera surveillance in the respective colleges and at the Networkz Systems branches.

The top 15 participants in this round will be eligible for the final round, to be held in Thiruvananthapuram.

Alagar Rajan C, Executive Director, Networkz Systems, said "Skill Connect 2015 is a competition that will be a turning point for upcoming engineers in the field of IT. Apart from colleges in Kerala, this year we have included colleges from a few Tamil Nadu districts also, such as Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Trichy, Madurai and Coimbatore," he said.

Winner of Skill Connect 2015 will be awarded with a Yamaha Ray scooter, while the first runner up will get a HP Laptop.

All final round participants would get Rs 10,000-worth of course voucher each, along with participation certificates.

Colleges who wish to participate in this contest may e-mail their College Name, Department, Year, Date and time on or before September 18th to mgrss@networkzsystems.Com, the release added.
