To address the entrepreneurship development and self-employment promotion in the state, a 25 day skill development program is being conducted at Tamil Nadu Agriculture University(TNAU) here from February 20, a TNAU release said today.
The programme "commercial production of seeds and planting materials of flowers and ornamental crops for women entrepreneurs" will be organised for 25 participants.
The program, conducted with the financial support of Department of MSME, Government of Tamil Nadu, will cover the technical skills, value added product in nursery, propagate methods, home garden, lawn making, marketing and preparation of project reports, free of cost, it said.
