Skipper to set up manufacturing plant in Hyderabad

Power equipment and pipe maker Skipper today announced its debut in Southern India by setting up its new manufacturing plant in Hyderabad.

Spread over nearly 2.25 acres, the plant will have a manufacturing capacity to produce 6,000 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) of both plumbing and agriculture pipes.

"At Skipper Ltd, we are constantly in pursuit of innovation and have dedicated our resources to expand our cutting-edge products and value added propositions to the rest of the country," Skipper Ltd Director Devesh Bansal said.

Increasing Money Back Plan is a non-linked, non-participating life insurance plan that provides periodic, guaranteed and incremental money back payouts along with a life cover for the entire policy term.

The increasing guaranteed pay out provides the additional support to match the increasing expenses and to fulfil the goals for the family, the company said in a statement.

AlphaGrep Holding HK divests 40% in 3 subsidiaries * Coffee Day Enterprises today said its step-down subsidiary AlphaGrep Holding HK has divested over 40 per cent stake in its three subsidiaries, of which nearly 30 per cent has been bought by Fenix Ventures pte Ltd.

The subsidiaries are Lighthouse Financial Technologies and its another subsidiary Lighthouse Financial HK Ltd alongwith Lighthouse Financial trading.

"The step-down subsidiary of the company AlphaGrep Holding HK Ltd has divested 4,050 (40.5%) shares in its subsidiary namely Lighthouse Financial Technologies Ltd (formerly known as AlphaGrep Technologies Ltd (AG TECH) and its subsidiaries Lighthouse Financial HK Ltd (formerly known as Alpha Grep HK Ltd (AG HK)] and Lighthouse Financial Trading Ltd (formerly known as AlphaGrep Trading Ltd (AG TL)] wef February 21, 2017," the company said in a regulatory filing.
