Managed workspace provider Smartworks today unveiled its new facility in Hyderabads Hitech City, taking its total footprint in India to over one million square feet.
The Hyderabad centre is spread across 86,000 sq.ft. and has a seating capacity of 1700 seats, the company said in a release.
With this launch, Smartworks has taken its total number of centres in India to 15 across nine cities, it said.
With demand for customised workspaces growing rapidly across Tier I & II cities, Smartworks is targeting five million sq. ft. of managed office space over the next three years, it added.
